Atlanta’s Sleepy Turtles has revealed details for their upcoming debut EP. Cover art and track listing has been released for the EP, Summer, Hither, available digitally worldwide on May 29, 2012 via Autumn + Colour Records. The EP also includes a remixed version of the first single “Natures Hymn.”

Summer, Hither will be available on limited edition vinyl on July 10, 2012. Track listing can be found below.

Devil Wears Prada Announce New Live CD/DVD

The Devil Wears Prada has announced details of their upcoming live CD/DVD. The release is titled Dead & Alive and will be available for pre-order on May 22, 2012 via Ferret Music with the street date follow a month later on June 26th. The band last released Dead Throne in 2011. Vocalist Mike Hranica comments:

“As folks can continually expect from the band, we’ve been meticulous as ever picking apart edits, audio, artwork, bonus material, etc; which is very important to us – to be hands on, in control, and enthusiastic about the content we create for this band… It’s always what we try and do with TDWP and I think ‘DEAD&ALIVE’ can serve as a testimony to that.”

No Sleep Records Sign London’s TRC

London hardcore punks TRC has announced that they have signed on with Los Angeles label No Sleep Records, with plans to records and release a new album this fall. No Sleep Records president Chris Hansen comments:

“Ever since i started No Sleep i have been looking for a good mix of Hardcore and Metalcore to bring to this label, and when my good friends from another Southern California label showed me TRC I fell in love… They create what i think is a perfect blend of Hardcore, Metalcore (and a dash of The Streets – an all-time fave of mine) with a hint of British cockiness that i love. It is completely different from everything on the label, just like everything on the label – and that is a good thing.”

Indian School Offers Commentary For Two Songs

Southern California’s Indian School (ex-Audio Karate) has released commentary for two of their songs from their freshly dropped debut EP, The Cruelest Kind. The commentary covers the tracks “Elvis” and “Cocktail Flu.” The EP was mixed by Shawn Sullivan (Mars Volta, Saosin, Reel Big Fish) and was released in March via Walnut Tree Records.
