Horror rockers Calabrese have unveiled the artwork and album name for their next full length. The album will be titled Dayglo Necros, and is currently set for an early July release date. The first track, “The Dead Don’t Rise” can be heard here.
Hopeless Records and Sub City announce the vinyl reissue of Thrice’s album The Illusion Of Safety which was originally released in 2002. This past February marked the records 10 year anniversary of its release. Fans will be able to choose between a standard and deluxe one-time re-pressing. The limited quantity deluxe pressing allows fans to choose between 3 colors; coke bottle clear, white or translucent red pressed on 180 gram vinyl. This deluxe version will also include a download card of the album. The first 500 sold will contain inserts signed by the band! A standard version will also be available in stores and online on June 19th.
A portion of the proceeds earned by the artists and Hopeless/ Sub City Records from the sale of this release will be donated to the non-profit organization A Place Called Home.

Thirty Seconds To Mars have announced that they are currently working on their 4th studio album, the follow-up to 2009’s This Is War. Singer and songwriter Jared Leto described the album saying:
“[The new album is a] dramatic departure from the past. [It's] very orchestral, narrative, interactive and even more electronic than previous projects”
Leto is once again producing the album along with several other talented producers including the return of Steve Lillywhite (U2, THE KILLERS). The trio are working out of their studio in the Hollywood Hills dubbed ‘ICAASS’ (International Center for the Advancement of the Arts and Sciences of Sound) or ‘The Lab’. Outlaw Bob Wayne has released a new single from his upcoming fifth studio album. The track is titled “Get There When I Get There” and will appear on the album Till The Wheels Fall Off, which is due out May 22 via People Like You Records / Century Media.
Second To Last has debuted a brand new song. The track is titled “Dry Spells” and is set to appear on their upcoming EP Vessel. The album is set for a June 5, 2012 release via Hella Mad Records.
Matt Skiba and The Sekrets, the new project from Alkaline Trio‘s Matt Skiba, have posted their new single, “Voices”, online.

The Offspring has debuted their first single from their upcoming album. The track is titled “Days Go By” and is set to appear on their new full length of the same name. Dexter Holland comments:
“It’s been a work in progress. We’ve been working on this record for a couple of years and this is one of the first ones we wrote. It’s gone through stages where we’ll play it for a while and say, you know that could be a little bit better… Usually people don’t know about that as we revise songs but now with the Internet it’s different. We were just in Japan and we were gonna debut a new song off the record and we knew that as soon as we played it in Japan it would be on YouTube… We’re basically playing it for the whole world.”
Vancouver’s White Lung have announced details for their first album since 2010′s It’s the Evil, which, coincidentally, was Exclaim.ca‘s 2010 Punk Album of the year.
The album, Sorry, will be released May 29, 2012 through Deranged Records (Fucked Up, Career Suicide, Marvelous Darlings).
