Chris McCaughan of Lawrence Arms fame has announced that his solo band will be releasing a brand new solo album in the new year under his Sundowner name.  He confirms on Facebook:

“I mentioned this on twitter the other night, so in the interest of full social media disclosure I should mention here that there will be a new Sundowner record in 2013. It’s very close to being finished.”

Sundowner last released We Chase The Waves in 2010 on Asian Man Records.
