Local Edmonton hardcore act, and great friends of mine, Todos Caerán, just dropped their self-titled debut on Calgary’s Bart Records. The five song cassette plays through with energy, passion and distortion – a throw back to the now all too extinct emo/hardcore wave of the mid-nineties. It teeters on the edge, pulling you in with steadily growing anticipation before exploding through your speakers to fully captivate you, keeping you there with a sense of perfectly restrained emotion.
